Mark was an MBA graduate in his early 30s and he
has worked eight years as an Operations Manager. Born in America, he had a big
smile and was very kind and respected by the elders he met.
He was always joking with people, talked fast, and used a lot of slang so people

2. Maintain eye contact and make sure people have acknowledged you.
3. Keep your promises on the promised date.
4. Be a good listener. Communicate in both directions.
5. Ask questions. Make sure people understand the directions.
Remember be trustworthy and gain people’s trust. Do what you say you are going
to do. Communicate both ways by listening as well as speaking. This will make
you a champion manager.
